There is no loss
I think I've lost something valuable. What do I do? I realize that all there is is God. I can never loose that, all is found. In love and light, Keri

Life's a puzzle
Ever notice how life is like a jigsaw puzzle? Some of the pieces just drop into place and others just won't fit....until we see them differently. How are the pieces of your life fitting? Sometimes if we release the need to see the whole picture, to get it all done and just enjoy the process no matter how frustrating it can get, the pieces will all fall into place. Life's a puzzle, just take it one piece at a time. In love and light, Keri

Holy Cow! No, I'm not moving to India. I'm just so incredibly amazed that the summer has been here and gone. Zoom! I'm so excited about the future of our church! Our Sunday service is shaping up with great music and consistant, great lessons from Rev. Donna. I can feel the consciousness expanding bigger and bigger. We are becoming the light that will attract more and more "New Thoughters" to the Branson area! This wed we'll resume our mid week program with an excerpt from Gregg Braden's CD on Prayer, discussion and meditation. Hope to see you there! Supporting you all in love and light. Keri

I'm just starting to get it, everything is a cycle. We are NEVER done. The seasons come and go as do the weeks and the hours. I fix a meal and we eat, we clean up, a few hours later we do it again. The house never stays clean, the grass keeps growing, and everyday we get up and have to brush our teeth all over again. For the longest time I've been living my life as if I would get "everything" done so I could do what I really wanted to do. I think I've figured out that IT (whatever that is) will always be there to be done. As I've accepted that the cycle is inevitable it has gotten easier. I seem to manifest alot if IT in my life and as I begin to see it as a reflection of me and my beliefs I can release myself of the the Tyranny of IT and realize that it's not that IT is the problem. It's that I choose to see IT as a problem. So today I am grateful, for dirty floors and meals to be made, cars to be washed and accounting to be done. They are the tiny cycles in the big cycle that is my life which is the reflection that guides my unerringly to my higher self...Now if I only had more time to pay attention.....

Practice What is Preached
This past Sunday we had a wonderful (in my opinion) talk from Rev. Gloria Lilly-Holt. The main point of the talk was the need to "practice what is preached" in order to effectively benefit from Unity teachings. I so heartily agree. If we want to loose weight we know we can't just read books and articles about diet and exercise, share them with our friends and talk about the ideas, hours on end and expect to loose weight. It's the same with all the information out there about living a spiritual life. We must put the ideas to use in our lives daily, hourly, moment by moment. That's when we will see real change in our lives. What idea are you going to put into use today? Supporting you in love and light. Keri

An Eastern Twist
We're looking at different practices during our Wed eve group now and Buddhism seemed the obvious one to try first. One of their basic truths is that life means suffering. It means things are not perfect, stuff happens. One of their other truths is that we can be at peace if we can accept that things are not and may never be perfect. I LOVE this. Too, often we expect perfection out of life (at least I do) and for me this took a load off. Stuff happens, it is what it is. WE put the judgement on it and that's like work. I'm ready to be a little lazy, how about you?

I'm baaa...aaacckk! Yes, I know it's been a while. I've been going within for so long I'm almost inside out. Anyway, I wanted to touch base with you all. I know many of you are processing big changes in your life. It's time to let go of those hurts and beliefs that just don't serve us any more. Remember we are always safe to move forward and a blanket of past only keeps us on the sofa of complacancy. (Yes, I just made that up). In love and light, Keri

I don't know about you but I can get a little plowed under if I pay to much attention to the news. Here's an idea. When ever you get exposed to a negative report, thought, or statement use it as a chance to affirm the TRUTH say: " This may be what I perceive but I know the Truth." Remember GOD is Good and God is all therefore it's all Good. Always look past the perception to the Truth of Being. In Love and Light, Keri

Realize
I've been working on a class about prayer. My intent was to help people understand spirit in such a way that their prayer would be more effective. In listening to Donna's talk yesterday it came to me more clearly than ever that manifesting on the earthly plane is not about asking for and seeking what we desire but rather releasing ourselves from the bondage of our little thoughts and beliefs. We are already in the kingdom we've just got blinders on!

I've been committed!
In the new year we often "commit" to resolutions, to doing better, improving our lives. What I realize is that I've been commited but often to things that don't serve me. I invite you to get committed to becoming aware of those things that you are subconciously committed to. What are some of the "rules" in your life that obstruct rather that facilitate ease and grace and light in your life? Can't find them? The next time you find yourself frustrated, angry, uncomfortable ask yourself 'what of my rules has just been violated?' In God's world there are no rules, only Truth.
